Crispy Garlic Flavoured Buffalo Chicken Wings
Chef Alvin and I are big fan of Fried chicken, we decided to use chicken wings since it's easier to fry. And Definitely Crispy Garlic Flavoured Buffalo Chicken wings you will file it under the "finger licking good" category. They're Super~Delicious!
Ingredient:
3 Pairs of Chicken Wings
1 Cup of Yamasa Garlic Sauce/Normal Garlic Sauce
1 Whole Egg
1 Tps Chicken Stock / Dashi Stock
1 Cup Flour
Serve With Lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare our mixture : Garlic Sauce, Whole Egg & Chicken Stock / Dashi Stock mix well.
Before frying add some flour into the mixture, if it is runny. So that the mixture can fully coated evenly on the chicken wing. (Marinate over night allow the chicken wing taste juicy after fried)
Fry in mid temperature in 5 - 6 minutes and then high heat for 1 - 2 minutes until golden brown. Bon Appetit.
