New! Okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki is a kind of teppanyaki snack from Japan. The production method is very simple. Combine the flour paste, add your favorite ingredients, and burn into pancakes, and finally add seasonings to complete it~
Among them, there are two most specific ones, namely Kansai style and Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki. Because it is popular with the people, it has become popular all over the world and has further become a popular food around the world.
Ingredients: (1portion)
Low-gluten Flour - 30g
Baking powder - 4g
Nagaimo - 50g
Salt - little
Pepper - little
Egg - 1nos
Cabbage 100-150g
5 slices of pork / beef slices
Dressing:
Kewpie Mayonnaise Japanese Style
Preparations:
First cut the cabbage into strips and then into small pieces
Peel the Nagaimo and grind it into mud.
Then sift the weighed flour and baking powder into a bowl
Add the broth and stir until there are no flour particles.
Add in the Naigaimo and mix well
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the chopped cabbage and eggs, and stir with a spoon until evenly, but don't over-stir it, as the batter will not be soft.
Heat oil, put the batter in a saucepan, adjust the shape with a spoon, but do not press the middle batter, it will let the air in the batter lose.
Place pork slices.
Fry for about 2-3 minutes, check the color on the other side.
Continue to fry for about 2-3 minutes.
After frying, put on a plate, coat with Okonomiyaki sauce, drizzle with mayonnaise.
