What are Soba Noodles?

Soba noodles is commonly referred to a type of thin noodles made form buckwheat flour, or a combination of buckwheat and wheat flours. Nowadays, you can even find soba noodles flavored with other fun ingredients such as matcha green tea and wild yam.

What are Cha Soba Noodles?

These soba noodles, infused with Japanese matcha green tea, have a slightly sweeter taste than regular soba and are a great choice for specieal occasions or a refreshing, light tea soba taste.

What are Udon Noodles?

Udon is a type of thick, Wheat-flour noodle used frequently in Japanese cuisine. It is often served hot as a noodle soup in its simplest form, as "kake udon", in a midly flavoured broth called "kakejiru", which is made of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. It is usually topped with thinly chopped scallions.

What Are Somen Noodles?

Somen are traditional type of Japanese noodles made from wheat, similar to udon noodles, but thinner due to being stretched when made. They are popularly eaten cold in Japan with a rich "Tsuyu soup to dip into before eating. These noodles are great in soups and stir frys.

What are Hiyamugi Noodles?

Hiyamugi are very thin dried Japanese noodles made of wheat. They are similar to but slightly thicker than the thinnest Japanese noodle type called somen. The western style noodle that most closely resembles "Hiyamugi" is probably vermicelli
