New! Nagaimo with mushroom (Vegen)

This dish was actually discovered by accident when looking for a new recipe one day, and it is an izakaya dish from Japan, so I want to say that it is better to try it. I didn’t expect it to be so delicious, so I will share it with everyone here. Simple and healthy dishes~

Ingredient:

Nagaimo - 1/3nos

Mushroom - 2-4nos

Enoki mushroom - half pkt

Shimeiji mushroom - half pkt

Seasoning:

Salt - little

Butter w/o salt - 20-30g

Black pepper - little

Soy sauce - 2Tbsp

Cooking sake - 1~2Tbsp

Preparations:

Wash all the mushrooms, cut off the dirty parts, remove the stalks of the mushrooms, and slice them

Peel the Nagaimo, cut in half, then cut in half, then slice about 0.5cm-1cm thick, it tastes more delicious.

Put about 10g butter in a hot pan, add Nagaimo pill, and fry until both sides are colored.

Then add all the mushrooms and fry until cooked.
Add a little more butter and seasoning.

Stir-fry evenly so that the ingredients fully absorb all the seasonings.
