New! Shogayaki (Japanese Pork Ginger)

Shogayaki (Grilled pork with ginger) is a famous Japanese home-cooked dish. It is second to fried pork chop dishes. It mainly uses ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sake to grill pork slices. Of course, you can use beef slices instead, but I personally think that pork will be more delicious~

Ingredients:

Pork slice - 100g

Oinion slice - 1/4nos

Cabbage - 20-30g

Green onion (Fine cut) - A/N

Sauce Seasonings:

Cooking Sakes - 1-2Tbsp

Mirin - 1-2Tbsp

Soy Sauce - 1-2Tbsp

Miso - 2Tsp

Sugar - 1Ts[ (optional)

Garlic Paste -1Tbsp

Ginger Paste - 1Tbsp

Salt - A/N

Pepper - A/N

Preparations:

1. Prepare & Cut ingredients.

2. Grate garlic & ginger to paste.

3. Make Sauce. Marinate pork slice 5 - 10 munites.

4. Oil, saute onion & cabbage, salt & pepper season, put aside.

5. Fry marinated pork slice, until almost cooked.

6. Almost cooked add half sauces.

7. Add in vegetables, fully cooked and stir well.

8. Switch off the fire and plating, enjoy your Shogayaki!
