Although these seems to be many kind of components to create Traditional Japanese Breakfast, remain critical try to keep it simple.

by incorporate each of the following: rice dish, miso soup, side dish (green salad, picked or Natto) and protein (egg, fish, chicken or beef).

Make a Miso Soup

1. Prepare Quick Serve Miso with Wakame, Tofu and Spring Onion. (Tofu and wakame make the best combination for miso soup) is optional to add more wakame.

2. 1 packet of quick serve miso mix well with 180ml of hot water, add tofu and chopped spring onion.

Steamed white or brown rice sprinkle 2 tsp of Furikake on the surface.

Make a perfect sunny egg

Heat oil on pan and pour 2 eggs, when surface of the egg is half cooked add some water, then cover the pan for 1-2 minutes.

Side Dish : Green salad pour 2 tsp of Kewpie Salad Dressing  (sesame, wafu, thai or mayo) to enhanced the flavour and appetite.
