Daikon Radish - 1/2nos

Konnyaku (Yam cake) - 1nos

Hanpen - 1nos

Toufu - 1nos

Abburage - 1nos

Kiri Mochi - 1nos

Cabbage - 4pcs

Minced pork/beef- 300g

Shimeiji mushroom - 1nos

Egg - 1nos


Seasonings:

Dashi - 2Tbsp

Water - 500g

Soya sauce - 1Tbsp

Mirin - 1Tbsp

Preparations:

Daikon Radish part:

-Put the white radish in cold water and cook for 10-15 minutes, and clean the impurities on the surface with clean water

-aburaage blanched for 30 seconds to remove the greasy taste

Cabbage & Minced pork/beef part:
Blanch the cabbage for 1-2 minutes, thin and chop the stems
shiitake chopped
